You own the machine. We rack it in Asia or the US and give it power, cooling, a network and people who can put hands on it, and we keep a record of everything we do.

From order to running machine
Pre-order and invoice
You place a pre-order. We confirm availability and send an invoice. Nothing is charged online.
Burn-in and rack in Asia or the US
When your machine arrives we record its serial number and condition, test it under load and rack it. Each step goes in its custody log.
Run it remotely
You get private remote access with full root. We monitor temperature, disks and reachability and act when something looks wrong.
Leave when you want
Ask us to ship it to you at any time. Management cancels on 30 days' notice.

Taking delivery
You can ask for your machine at any time. We aim to dispatch within five business days once you've authorized what happens to your data, packing is arranged and the shipment has cleared compliance checks.
- Packing and handling, insured freight and taxes are charged as disclosed in your quote
- Worldwide delivery, subject to export and customs rules
- Your data stays on the machine until you authorize a wipe
